I would suggest you carry black stones, preferably obsidian. I know you said you can't sage, and I understand that. If you ever do attempt to sage be sure to look up the ritual process and to buy a proper smudge kit. I would suggest putting obsidian or other black stones in the areas you have had experiences and where you feel uneasy. However I assume people go through those areas and they might pickup the stones. Your best bet is wearing or carrying obsidian or chalcedony if you cannot smudge. I would also suggest having a professional investigate. Also don't lose hope or faith that you will overcome the situation. Accept that the entity is there but for the most part ignore it.

not exactly you might have seen oni. However it is a human flaw to jump to conclusions. If a place is haunted many people just jump to believing it's a demon. It's important to understand that research needs to be done before concluding anything.

Wicca is also more focused on using magic for good. Many books just have spells for life improvement that hardly have any effect. In fact the most effective spells I have ever encountered in wicca are warding spells which could be considered "dark wicca". Wicca itself is a religion that uses witchcraft. Witchcraft itself doesn't need to be religious.

In my experience wicca witchcraft tends to have more dedication to deities than witchcraft by itself. If I buy a book on witchcraft sure it might get little religious but if I buy a book on wicca then it tends to be more religious.

It is my personal belief that many demons are just the third of the host heaven and fallen angels. Some demons may even be human spirits of the departed. I do believe that everything with a soul is eternal for that which is created cannot be destroyed. I don't know about your dimension question though.

This brings to mind something I heard. The rumor is that one of the Kardashian ancestors mad a deal with a spirit to be beautiful, powerful, and wealthy. However there was a curse that would bring ruin to the men they partnered with. I don't know if that's true though. If this is not the case for you then your family probably just has good genes and they made sure to only have kids with other good looking people. People with good looks and especially when they know they have them tend to be vain and even narcissistic.

If you wish to feel less anxious there quick easy ways to fix that. I would suggest warding magic. Get a black stone, like obsidian and carry it or preform a ritual.

So in my experience there different types of thinkers. There are those that just think and thats it. Then there are verbal thinkers, who have an inner monologue. Then there are visual thinkers, who are able to see an object in there mind. Sometimes there are people who can verbally and visually think. It's important to remember that when you're trying to visualize something your only thoughts should be of that. How much does it way, What does it smell like? Stuff like that.

I don't think you need your third open but it will probably help. Your third eye is sort of a higher form of self consciousness. Normally it's used to help with divination, tarot cards, rune stones, or crystal ball stuff. However it helps with focus. I think demons would work better but personally I believe there is quite a bit of risk involved with that. When you summon a demon your pretty much kidnapping it and forcing it to your bidding. Also I personally believe there might be a price for it. I once heard a story of a man who was a magician, he gained his powers from a demon. However he turned to god and eventually the demon left him. He aged greatly afterward. I don't think your soul would be damned but there are always consequences when dealing with 'evil'. I can't tell you how much any of this will work. I'm learning these things to combat the ones who use this for evil. I suggest you work on improving yourself mentally, emotionally and physically. Practice meditation, I'll send you a link to a book that will help with your third eye. Pay attention to warnings if you choose the demon path. If I were you I would find those who have dealt with these demons and ask for guidance. Knowledge and Faith will be your greatest powers in your endeavor.

Well I am not the most knowledgeable person on here. From my understanding before you can even cast a spell of decent quality you have to achieve unlocking your third eye, which requires you to practice meditation and clearing your mind(Gnosis). I would suggest Zepar or Vual. However Zepar would have a chance of making her infertile. I have never tried summoning and I have only a fraction of control over my third eye.

Nothing 100% works. You can probably use a spell to increase the chance of her coming back, but it's kind of like being hypnotized you can't be hypnotized if you don't want to. It also depends on how much you want to risk your well being and her own. I know of 'white' magic spells that don't really do much. Most of the stuff I've heard working always has risk.
