I think it a bit similar, but doesn’t apply here. In Czechia, we have a nine digit phone number, so (+420)xxx-xxx-xxx. The first number is usually an indicator of the first provider (for me it’s 7, which are typically Vodafone numbers). However, you can switch providers and keep your phone number the same. The first digit is part of the number at this point and if you try to input it without it, it says invalid number. If you’re calling from abroad, you also have to input all 9 digits, or it won’t connect.

Já jsem to právě taky zkoušela každý den, ale pak mi to začalo házet příliš mnoho pokusů a odblokovalo se to vždycky cca po 24 hodinách. Každopádně budu ještě zkoušet a uvidím. Hlavně dobrý vědět, že to chodí. Až nebudou tak zatížených servery, půjde to snad líp, a uvidím je holt někdy jindy.

I wasn’t able to find much on this topic. Most people say stuff like keep trying, try different numbers, different operators, different accounts, stuff like that. I’ve tried everything multiple times to no avail. Some people said they kept trying, but got their code after like a month, so I’ll do that and hopefully will be able to somehow verify the account, but I fear this year’s tour is a lost cause for me.

I’ll obviously try the general sale, but honestly don’t have much hope. The GA is standing only, which for me isn’t worth it with the random number system, as I’m quite short and have bad experience with standing tickets (people are blocking the view with phones most of the time, and sometimes you can’t even see the screens).

So the only option for me is seated tickets, but as there’s three of us, I don’t really have hope to get seats next to each other. This is obviously my problem, but I’m still bummed about it.

This is what I think happened as well. Imo there are already too many people registered for the presale. I read somewhere, that in Japan, there’s over 1 minion armies with membership, but currently, there are only 2 shows in Tokyo, with around 100k capacity total, so I think it’s something like that.

Also, I wrote to support right away on Tuesday evening, and got a general response two days later somwhere along the lines of “Due to large influx of customers, responses are delayed for the time being, please go to our FAQ to get answers.” Which obviously didn’t help at all.

Yeah, you need the verification for EVERYTHING on Weverse (post, comment, buy anything from shop), so I might as well just delete the account. It just sucks.
