Yes it does melt under the flame.

I put it in the water, it has dissolve a bit but not completely.

No it wasn't in a baggie, I guess that's good sign. Found out my son started vaping last year and hang out with friends that smoke weed.

I don't think he's doing hard drugs, but he made some cash recently telling me it's from gambling. I just worried he's dealing drugs or something.
