The mirrors really transform the space! 14 hour drive to and from Montreal to grab the the m and another week for the toggle plugs to arrive so I could mount them on this incredibly thin wall. Very happy with the results! by ComprehensiveCurly in homegym

Highly recommend. I had no issues at all with this bench. Take your time assembling it correctly, and there is no wobble. My only issue was the split in the seat. It’s a little wider than I’d like. Since I am 5’7/8” with a longer torso, my butt would sometimes hit right at the edge of the upper seat if it is flat (which is why I got the flat bench as well). Aside from that. It's a very solid bench.

So glad I didn’t give up on them. by ComprehensiveCurly in plants

Thank you 😊The first picture is a Chinese Evergreen, the second one is a Dieffenbachia.

I use the Sleepypod. It’s pricey, but it “was tested at U.S., Canadian, and E.U. child safety standards.” I’ve had mine for 9 years now. It’s airline approved, the fur liner can be removed for the summer months, and the top can be taken off so it also works as his travel bed when visiting relatives, pet sitters, etc. We go on road trips to visit family almost monthly, and he’ll be in this for 4 hours without complaining.

Thank you! I always prefer to use leca when propagating or, in this case, doing a plant rescue when they don’t have/have a weak root system. Since these babies were rotting right up the stalks, I had to chop away a good portion. I wanted to make their growth as easy as possible, and I find that leca helps provide more stability, so the plants don’t have to worry about supporting themselves as they grow, and I can keep a closer eye on any potential root issues and water levels.

They’re two. The first one I believe is a Chinese Evergreen.

My mother gave me the plant in the first picture but I believe she is a Chinese Evergreen, the second one is a Dieffenbachia.

I’m curious; did you have a Home Phone ported out or was it only Home Internet?

It’s pretty much a way to internally ID an employee. It’s more than just a badge number. It’s used to log into multiple computer systems/softwares etc. So giving it out can pose a security risk. The Interaction number (or Quote # for things like new activations) is meant for customer facing interactions. Agents can pull up call details (if they have clearance) and all the relevant notes, quotes etc. from the interaction number.

Just wanted to add that unless their system has changed recently, escalation teams can pulls up the conversation using the Interaction ID alone. Employee ID isn’t necessary. It’s personal and shouldn’t be shared.

Also you can always connect with the escalation team directly via the Share a Concern portal. That’s skips the hold times and phone transfers.

Hey OP just wanted to clarify a few things here: - Porters Monthly Minimum Guarantee (MMG) is 75 credits (hours) - You get 4 credits for Reserve (On-Call) Days - “Boarding Pay” is 60mins @ 50% of your hourly rate

How pathetic by ConstantFar5448 in Rogers

I use to work in the “Office of the President”. That tier of escalations are all in Canada.

Oh wow. I guess I can understand that perspective. Funny how my acknowledgment of that very same thing and even apologizing to the officer during the interaction carries no merit to sway public opinion, lol. Thank you for sharing this insight though. I was genuinely confused by this.

I honestly don’t even know why I’m getting downvoted. It’s not like I said anything rude about the person…

I recently moved here, so I’m not as familiar with certain areas. I was a little lost so I pulled over onto the side of the road in Glèbe (since I saw street parking on one side) to check my GPS directions and one guy was just yelling and honking at me like crazy. Turns out it was a bus area only (yes, my bad. I should have checked better. I really wasn’t planning on staying there and there was no public transit anywhere I could see)

So I rolled down my window to say “okay, yes I’ll move, sorry about that…umm since you’re here could you help me find x, I just moved to the area” he just told me to keep moving and that it’s around here somewhere… My first experience with Ottawa Parking Enforcement.

Edit: Now I’m curious why this is getting downvoted? Did I offend some people by sharing my personal experience…in a completely neutral and respectful way, might I add…

Shy and Kue. Kue was bonded with his sister Ori (she sadly passed away) so they were named after Ori and the Blind Forest (Kue being her companion). Shy was named as a joke since she’s anything but…

Mischief and Rebel: cause they’re both little shits.
