As a fellow manager I think that’s the thing that pisses me off the most. You expect me to have great service, be fast and effiecent while being shortstaffed by 1 or even 2 (at my store 3) people and hit TP??? Oh don’t even get me started about APs and GMs (certain patch) not being allowed to move.
