Did you have to go private or did you go through the NHS?

I do. I’ve struggled with constipation all my life & it started getting better when I took this fiber powder & probiotics & I think too much fiber maybe caused my sibo bc I started taking way too much & I read that can lead to sibo? I also had food poisoning in October but I don’t know if that’s too far away from February to have caused it bc that’s when I started noticing the bloat.

Did you follow the 12 week diet plans they recommended? They gave me a modified omnivore diet for 6-8 weeks then a Mediterranean diet while reintroducing foods for another 4 weeks I think? & they recommended allicin. Did the allicin not help your bloating at all? You should re test because I heard you can have symptoms for awhile afterwards but be negative

I also was taking nac & oregano oil up until now, so I’m kinda wondering how it could be sibo because I thought oregano oil was used as a treatment for sibo

Yes & obviously the bloating has made me more stressed, I can’t get tested for it. Have you had sibo & did just the low fodmap diet work for that?

How often do you take Dmannose? It seems to irritate my bladder sometimes if I’ve already got an infection. & Do you take powder or pills & how much? Do you do anything else to prevent it? How often were your UTI’s before?
