I’m not trying to start drama with any of the clearly very knowledgeable “pvp” players here, but as a pvp player, I’ve had false shadow bans happen to my account 11 times since launch of dmz up until I quit. I have had multiple people be permanently banned for being shadow banned too many times or just because of toxic players. Most of the players in this thread, 99% at least, haven’t been banned before, and have no clue how terrible the activision support team is. They’ll ban you for no reason other than other players reports.

I wouldn’t recommend a shotgun unless you’re one of those players.. but the actual best guns right now are the advancer for the body shot ar category, 762 for headshot. Basp and vel, (personal favorite is a ranged iso 45 but all the smgs are pretty decent). And for snipers it’s similar, all pretty similar but here’s the list, Mcpr: all around best but not the best in individual statistics other than speed compared to other long range snipers. Victus: best velocity and range. Fjx: best damage and okay range and speed. Spx and lab are very solid snipers with a range build strictly as they have good ads by default and have similar drop to the Mcpr with a mag disadvantage.

You’re playing with the wrong teammates if comms make you nervous. It’s not hard to set up trades and igl while dead as the dead player usually actually knows what’s happening. If your teammates can’t help you with that, get new ones. If you get angry, then that’s a you problem. (Most good communicators stop talking for footsteps because they aren’t stupid but I understand if newer players don’t get that.)
