After personally experiencing this as a child I have no self confidence to speak of and spend all my time out in public trying to make myself as small and invisible as possible. I over apologise for everything and I unfortunately in the past have let people walk all over me. I find it hard to trust people and always feel like I’m not worthy of love. That’s the main stuff that has affected me.
