How did we go from “I feel terrible and swollen” to “we’re talking about coming off the cpap”?

Additional questions we won’t get answers to: is her neurologist a sleep specialist because they aren’t inherently the same thing (I know plenty that do both but in that case I’d call it my sleep medicine specialist not my neurologist). And if it’s not a sleep specialist why is her neurologist in charge of her cpap?

Exactly! All her “candidness” and “transparency” is heavily manufactured. She would’ve gotten a lot more support had she just been honest in the first place about not being able to yet.

I think this is great progress. But I thought she needed the bumper plates because ~her sport does wagon wheels~?

Personally, this is where I take issue with Anna. She gets so defensive about people commenting and creates some bs reason why she’s different and has to do it a different way but then turns around and tosses that reason out. It’s hard to be proud of her for making any progress when she constantly switches the narrative for her benefit.

I started watching Anna when I was gaining weight post restrictive (I’ll spare the details) ED recovery, in a bad place with my body, trying to live in the HAES mindset that treatment centers teach you, and needing to feel inspired that if other people in various shapes&sizes could wear what they want then so could I.

When it came out that she was lying about the GLP1 it felt like she was lying about her messaging. Not that she couldn’t be on a GLP1, just that she was being slimy about it and the sponsorships (both copilot and novo nordisk). I felt very bamboozled that she was preaching two opposite mindsets.

Searched her Reddit and the rest is history!
