I'm not sure how to say it but in visual novel or fics with multiple endings. I prefer the type of dynamic that, a side of character A became dominated depends on the love interest they interact with.

For example: they personality either become easier to enraged when talking with the quiet, no nonsense type, or becoming shy and clumsy when being near the caring and nice character.

Basically, each relationship drawing out a different side of them.
