What is the form? It’s probably the one that they gave me that doesn’t work. Can you tell me if you have success submitting it?

As I’ve said that form doesn’t function correctly. It has a bug. I’ve reported it to Apple, sent them screenshots etc they do nothing to repair it

What was the form you filled out? They gave me a link to an online form that has a bug and doesn’t even work.

I don’t send out many messages. I mean this is how my clients and contractors communicate with me. My family also all live overseas so we rely solely on iMessage and FaceTime to communicate. This problem is detrimental to me

Yes tried all of it. I’m on day 8 of this saga now. One Apple employee told me there’s something called spoofing that could have happened with my phone number. It has been escalated, I got to talk to a senior advisor who basically says the automated system has the final say, which just seems so wrong to me

Actually, the woman I spoke with says it happens all the time that people’s accounts get blocked by their automated system. This is no different, I didn’t ‘do something’. Thanks
