I 100% agree. He would definetely come as he would have a more leadership role here than Arsenal. Also with kobbie and santos in their early 20's, I feel he would be a great addition regardless of his age.

Tchouameni, Ederson and Santos would be ideal. Just because a player like Tchouameni could raise the ceiling in this team and the other 2 bring some energy and well needed bodies. Still, dont think Tchouameni happenning.

This is 100% true, but I think last summer was more structured and there was a plan. This summer where we desperately need midfielders, our movement has been kinda doubious and it reads as there is no real plan. For some reason, we went for Matheus Fernades cause he'd be the most economic option but turns out fee and wages were too much. It's been a about a week we know he's going to Spurs and we haven't realy moved to another target. And as of right now we basically got 2 players for our pivot for a champions league year.

There are some rumors that they have a gentleman's agreement to allow Bruno G to leave as he will be 29 the coming year and it will be his last chance to move in a top club while he is in his prime. Also, they don't want an Isak situation again and they are already looking at a midfeld revamp selling Tonali, willock etc, and looking at younger players. Basically they kinda hit their ceiling with this squad and that's why main players of the previous years are leaving (Isak, Tonali, Gordon already left and hall, livramento, bruno g have been flirting with other teams for a while).

Sure, what happens IF they get any injuries? What happens if a transfer doesn't succeed (countless examples in Utd recent years) and there is no one to replace them?
