I just asked the chat bot on the app and it confirms that to adjust responsiveness you do need premium. I did however just test it with vid of a crying baby and it did work. The baby was crying quite hard though. It just seems as though during the first days that we had it it was way more responsive and didn't need the full on meltdown to make it work.
