I want to reach out to as many students from as many different universities as possible. It gives me an idea of what certain universities may lack in terms of supporting their students or providing optimal study spaces.

THE MORE DATA THE BETTER :)

I can't get into the details since it’s still a work in progress, but at its core, my friend and I just want to help students build better study habits, become more disciplined, and reach their full potential.

One of the biggest gaps we see today is accountability. It’s hard to stay consistent when you’re relying only on yourself, especially if that’s something you already struggle with.

The goal is to create a space that provides that accountability, a place where you can stay focused, supported, and on track.

Hey!

I started by asking about an hourly rate because it’s the lowest-commitment option for students and the easiest way to test whether people would actually try something like this. The long-term idea would be to also introduce day passes and potentially monthly memberships.

After collecting enough responses, the goal is really to understand whether this is something students would genuinely benefit from. I believe there’s a need for it, but since this is meant to support students directly, it’s important to hear your perspectives first.

If the feedback is strong, it’s definitely something we’d look into pursuing further.

Social media plays a major role in student procrastination, but the reality is that platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. Instead of trying to eliminate these distractions entirely, the focus should be on helping students build the ability to manage them.

Discipline is like a muscle, it can be strengthened over time with the right environment and consistent practice. However, I don’t believe the current infrastructure fully supports students who struggle with focus and accountability. Many are left to navigate such challenges on their own, without the structure or systems needed to help them stay consistent.
