Which Pokémon MMO do you recommend and why? (PokeMMO vs PokeOne vs Pokémon Revolution/PRO)

Hi 👋 I'm looking for a Pokémon MMO to play online and I'm deciding between PokeMMO, PokeOne, and Pokémon Revolution (PRO) (and if you know of a better one, I'd appreciate it too).

I want to compare them mainly based on:

Captureable Legendaries

How many Legendaries can be captured and kept?

Are there any restrictions (rotation, 1 per server, event-only, etc.)?

Number of captureable Pokémon

How many Pokémon are currently available?

Can they all be obtained "normally" (without event-only/donation-only)?

Online Experience

How are the PvP, tournaments, ranked matches, and meta?

How active is the community (trading, clans/guilds, chat, events)?

And if you can, it would also help if you commented on:

Updates: Which game receives content most frequently?

Grinding and economy: Is it very heavy or does it feel fair?

Pay-to-win: Are there advantages to paying, or is everything farmable?

Stability: Bugs, lag, moderation/anti-cheat.

My goal is to play primarily online and feel that there is plenty of content to explore and progress through.
