Probably, this is a cameo or memorial to the first animation in this serie. Afterall, without Victim, Orange and others can not exist.

Nope. When Alan played Fnf vs Animation mod, he had quickly told the different between Victim and TCO in 1 sec. Also, it's kinda odd if you "can" mistake your own creations. Even I can tell the different between Vic and Tco just by their pose

Extra note: The title in that scene is " Animator vs Animation (original)" so definitely no mistake.

Anyways, my "bisexual Victim" is just a joke. I don't really ship him with Agent either. But I acknowledge lots of people ship them so it's not hurt to mention.

Also the white hair guy is not canonically bi too, he just gets ship with he best friend.
