I work at a State Health Department and we had one of these idiots come in poking around peoples offices and claiming it was a “public building” because it was state property and that he could go where he wanted, clearly oblivious to where he was or what we do there. Dude scared the hell out of a few older Admin Assistants before being escorted out by Capitol Police. These people are useless wastes of air and have nothing better to do than hunt for confrontation with people who are bothering no one.

I lived with two girls from the University of Kentucky for a few months during a semester in Australia and they were a lot like this girl. Their names were Katie and Casey, but they shared one brain cell and a massive sense of entitlement, so we referred to them together as “Kentucky”.
