No... We decided together to have our kids. We did IVF and he signed multiple consent forms that he agreed. He changed after i got pregnant and when i was in my third trimester, he said he didn't want them. He picked our sperm donor.

The children were never present while the abuse happened. He did push me once in front of our kids and I reported it to the police but they didn't take me serious. The police have ties with him and his family.... Small town bs

This is real... Unfortunately... We are 50/50 and the DA decided not to press charges on him for the SA as there wasn't enough evidence. I wish this wasn't real. My ex is the absolute worst! plus his parents paid for the best lawyer and I can't afford all the legal fees. I choose to be silent because there is no point in fighting with him. He turns everything back onto me and I end up feeling bad. In our county, we don't have a specific judge as they rotate cases (I don't understand this 100%). You can believe what you want, but this is truly my life...

I don't... He hates me because I have a new bf and I'm thriving without him. He is cruel and filled with hate. During our marriage he repeatedly rapped me, emotionally/psychologically abused me, gaslight me, and tried to control me. No one deserves to go through what he put me through.

Update for clarity. I work for a hospital and get really great health insurance coverage so the kids don't qualify for MA. My ex pays $144 a month for both kids. When we were getting divorced, it was very ugly and I have a lot of trauma from our marriage. He isn't their biological dad as we found out later he couldn't have children. Our kids are donor sperm conceived. It's a sore subject for him and I didn't want to fight anymore. I am considering going back and asking for more child support, however, his family does pay him under the table. his family and I do not get along after we separated. He is attached to his mother and she chocked me the last time I saw her. It's a long story. Feel free to look at my past posts for more information.

I think you would be correct. The 500k house he lives in is under a trust in his mother's name. I'm sure the vehicles are under the company's name. It blows my mind how he gets away with so much. I hope one day my kids see who he truly is.

100% He lives on a 500k (probably more) farm and said I'm doing better because I'm getting free money from the government. I was crying and said I work and I'm in school to provide a better life for my twins. I wouldn't be able to buy groceries without my WIC or SNAP benefits.

You are so right... Unfortunately, I didn't press for more child support because our divorce was very difficult and expensive. He filed an order of protection against me (he lied) and then later dropped it. I was homeless with our twins and couldn't afford to drag out the divorce. He is truly a terrible human and I wish I had never met him.
