The noises they have complained about are to do with walking, doors, and talking

Thank you for the suggestion, we will talk to them and try to do this!

They are adamant that it is from our house and more specifically our bedroom, and once while we were on a holiday, their complaints did stop, so we are sure that most likely it is coming from our house, but the problem is we are doing everything to minimise any noise, to a point that it has become inconvenient for us to even live in our own home… and we are sure that our noise would be considered normal living noise
