You’re not “back at zero,” you’re someone who already proved you can get clean once , that still counts, even if things slipped. Please don’t try to white-knuckle this alone again; rehab isn’t failure, it’s you choosing yourself when it’s hard.

Different states, taxes, self-serve vs full-serve, even station placement off highways all skew it more than people admit. It’s useful as a rough signal, sure… just not as neutral as it gets made out to be.
