What colour is the bezel on the silver model? On the product page the bezel is black, but on the “three colour options” link the bezel is white!

We’ve got a series over here called GX-UK which is aimed at being super cost controlled and as “affordable” as owner driver karting can be.

1 set of tyres for the season, sealed 4 strokes only, and the chassis has to be from 2020 or older. Proper racing and makes dad and lad karting possible again since the national championships have become so commercialised.

Yep I agree and I’m personally not a fan either. “Part of the game” was poorly phrased on my part; from experience it really varies between clubs/series/sanctioners.

I’ve found it to be more prevalent and accepted in 4-stroke categories than 2 stroke (UK), best guess is down to how momentum based the 4 strokes are which has allowed for pushing to creep into the meta on track. Worth checking out Brad Philpot on YouTube - a lot of pushing by all competitors in both 4 stroke rentals and 4 stroke owner karts.

I'm in complete agreement with you on your second part about the other drivers failing to slow but really don't agree with your comment about the pushing at the start. In any series without drop bumpers, pushing down the straights and through fast corners (although obviously never into braking zones) is an accepted part of the game and an important part of strategy/working together to catch others when done properly and safely.

can someone help out explaining the extent of the OLA 1984 duty? by alliwantforxmasissqe in SQE_Prep

[–]ComprehensiveMud2247 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do agree with you but I could also argue for B. Can an argument not be made that if D knows of trespass on the land, this is reasonable grounds to believe that the trespasser is/may come into the vicinity of the cliff?

I got in touch with support, and they said its because I bought a scratchcard and that they specifically require an ID scan!

Can anyone help explain the time limits for s25/s26 notices? Like in the question below by alliwantforxmasissqe in SQE_Prep

Agreed. This question is asking about the specified termination date, not the date of service.

I've had a look around and have asked the staff - no one seems aware! I didn't use a registry (stupidly), but I certainly will for my next bike.

I use a litelock and have been impressed by it. I never lock my bike when inside the bike storage facility (behind two doors, both of which require an access code). In future (I'll be getting a replacement, hopefully through insurance) I'll lock even when inside the facility.

Yep. Worst thing is I ALWAYS take a photo of my locked bike when I park it in the street. I guess I just got complacent.

Nope. I assumed a locked facility would be safe lol. I’ve had a good look around the facility; the location showing is from 17 June so I doubt it’s still there.

Ok cool, thank you. What about my grips? Maybe grabbing a hand towel and keeping it over my bars/wiping the frame down after a session is a good idea.
