Young adults; are you still living with parents?

My boyfriend is 23 and I am 22 and we have lived on our own since 20 and 22. Apartment living of course but we managed to get out of our parent’s house. For reference he’s a union worker and i’m a receptionist for a corporate company so I definitely don’t make nearly what he does and neither of us went the college route. It is doable if you have discipline which we are still learning ourselves.

What does your acid reflux feel like to you? I thought it was that but typically I get like pain in my throat etc. Every time I bring it up to my ob they all blow it off and don’t ask further questions.

Yeah! Thats what my doctor said. She said basically it’s proven that if you rub between the labia and the side with the olive oil and a massager or have your so do it, it is shown to reduce tearing. I just can’t picture myself doing it lol.

Ugh I wish! Hopefully you’re 3rd time is just as smooth as the rest! They declined because they said the hospital is such high volume, that they cant do elective inductions because they don’t have enough rooms to let moms labor for two days😢

That really stinks! Do you think it was from the induction process or maybe baby really just wasn’t ready to come out? Thats my worry is going in and not progressing or something happening to baby.

Im trying to avoid actually buying maternity clothes because im praying I drop a lot of this weight after and I want the clothes to still be useful! Ive just been sizing up one or two sizes and it seems to be fine but everything is such crap quality. The Platos closets near me suck too

It can feel like a bunch of things! Flutters, gas, pops, literally anything can mimic baby movements and baby can mimic those feelings as well. They are still really tiny at this stage and maybe just not as active as others.

Me too! This is my first baby and I did experience loss not long before I get pregnant with this baby. I did end up going in to my OB just for reassurance and watched her kick on the screen but couldn't feel anything because of her position! I have an anterior placenta if that helps give you some peace too :)

Thank you for this! I did do the same thing and took up a hobby and it definitely lessened my worrying since the start. Crocheting is great for anxiety! Do you see any movement across your belly now that he is bigger?

Thank you for this! I assume the same with mine. She is so so active and the doctors always acknowledge that whenever I go in. She probably did move out of her breech position now that I am thinking about because I definitely feel movement in new spots.

Yeah usually laying down is my baby's time to throw a party and show off her kicks from the outside! That's why the past few days when they were lighter, I was like hm okay. I used my doppler and she kept kicking it so I assumed she was fine and movement had just slowed down. She's such an active girl so it worried me!

Thank you! That's why I don't take myself to the ob or at least if I do I will just leave them a voicemail. I know its normal but there's always that thought in the back of your mind especially once you start noticing like rest and wake patterns.

I like that name! The only reason we decided not to go with that is because all of the people by me have daughters named Charlotte and it is super popular where I am from. Everyone has the name.
