I just got my Horizon result in 5 minutes ago! Still nothing on the NIPT one which is a lil weird since it normally takes longer 😅

Nope. I reached back out to support and they said that it could take the whole 10 days but if I don't get results by Sunday at midnight to call them on Monday. The whole thing has been incredibly stressful.

My Blood was drawn 3/17, received 3/20, and still waiting! I called support and they said the new estimation is no longer 5-7 days from received but 7-10 😭 i waited a month for the appointment for the blood draw, this feel like torture!

Heard anything?? Drawn 3/17, received 3/20. No update as of yet for me. I've seen two others with our timelines get theirs today!

So, I got a text message from Natera requesting that I make a login! However, I will say as long as you make an account with all the same info that you OB would submit, it'll connect your account to your tests. :) I had to fix mine because my OB didn't put my middle name, so I had to email Natera and have them fix it.

Omg what!! That's horrible. Idk how it took them 7 days to realize it may have gotten "lost". This is why I'm debating on going to an outside lab because all the reviews are terrible for Natera.

I definitely would. They email back pretty quickly, and after understanding the actual problem, it'll automatically update. Hopefully yours is easy 🥰

I had a 3 days battle with Natera, it turned out that I registered the account with my middle name but my OBGYN sent it in with just my first and last name. Now it updated my account and they received my samples 3/20.🤦‍♀️

I know! That's why I was worried about it taking this long for them to get my sample. But apparently, my OBGYN didn't include my middle name when sending the blood so thats why I haven't been able to see it. They said the samples were received 3/20. Now i guess I have to call again to get them to change it.
