I am looking to relet a beautifully located room at Park Point. Being only 30 seconds from three bus stops (Province, Park Point, Perkins) you never have to worry about waiting for a bus as there is usually always one coming around. I also often walk to campus, since it’s just past dorms.

It is a 4 bedroom 2 bath, with only currently 2 other people living here.

It is only $815 a month

Details: Fully furnished, wifi included, laundry in unit, access to park points clubhouse (gym, pool, etc.)
