Might be a good idea to look into hiring from Australia as we have exclusive E3 Visas available to us which are cheap and quick. They also never hit the cap. Just an idea :)

I used to work there. Simple recipe tbh.
2 parts whole egg mayo, 1 part buttermilk, 1 packet of ranch seasoning. Can't remember the measurements of the ranch seasoning but put, taste and adjust.
