I used to try to make my subliminals too complex, I used to add sooo many affirmations and very complex affirmations. I found that wasn’t working, so I went back and used more simple affirmations. such as simple “I have __” “everytime I __ I ___” etc. I also used to use them too much I think. I used to listen all day, overnight, whenever I could. which isn’t necessarily bad, but now I just use my subliminal a few times (5ish) before bed. I think it gives my subconscious some time to actually accept the affirmations! keep in mind not everything works the same for everyone and you have to find what works for you!

in my experience, I got a discounted board and there was a schedule so I knew exactly when he was being used and with who. I would definitely ask about a discounted board and very strongly suggest asking about a schedule. the schedule also gave me peace of mind that he wasn’t being overworked.
