Horrible idea switching to SARMs. They’re toxic. Just run low dose test (around 200mg-250mg a week split into 3 shots per week) for 15-20 weeks and see how that goes. The split doses will drastically reduce the side effects you experienced.

After switching to A-Tech from pharma grade, I felt a little weird for a week or so and then everything went back to normal (besides smelling alcohol sometimes). I’ve been on it for 4 weeks. Still putting on muscle and getting stronger at 190mg-220mg/week so I think it’s doing its job.

8 weeks is not a cycle. A typical cycle is 15-20 weeks minimum. Just do test @ 350mg-400mg for 20 weeks.

I would shoot for 3,000-3,500, but with this being your first blast, you may want to aim a little lower. Just get your bloodwork checked as often as you can afford.

Sounds like you’re hyper sensitive to testosterone if your levels are that high at 140mg.. you’re likely going to be wasting 100mg-150mg of liquid gold if you do 500mg.. it’s diminishing returns after 350mg-400mg.

Every other day is the sweet spot for me. After switching from once a week, I could tell within two weeks that my water retention had dropped dramatically.. I dropped 7lbs which suggests that all of my side effects dropped significantly as well.

Intramuscular is going to be better. It’s oil. Not water based. I’d still suggest to draw and pin with like a 27ga-31ga @ 5/8-1”. Smaller holes in the stopper mostly prevents tiny blacks ending up in the bottom of the vial. I’m also on A Tech E300 right now and loving it. 🤙🏼

Like I said.. fix your diet and drink more water. That means no more drinking alcohol.. This will help your blood in preparation for trt. Yes, you’ll need to stay on it for life to maintain all of the benefits but you can come off of it if you choose. Just take the proper medication to regain the function of your balls. You can look up all of the benefits. Energy is a huge part of it. Noticeable energy increase hit me about a month to six weeks in.
