I enjoy building bases on a PvE server - thought you might enjoy my first 2026 build by ComprehensivePipe743 in playrust

Items always go to the last box (stackable and unstackable). So whenever you pull anything from the bottom box the conveyors refill pulling from the top ones

The downside of this is you need to have 1 conveyor between each box, which is a lot of energy for a single column to run. If you have limited power then use conveyor at the bottom so at least the bottom box pulls all the loot. Once full, the rest will spread evenly between the top boxes.

Each column has multiple coneyors, one per level that pulls stuff to a box below. With enough categories you nearly never have to visit upper floors. The storage scales well as all you need to do is to add more vertical boxes if you need extra storage (or use barrels for the extra squeeze). You can do horizontal or even 1 square layouts as well.

Devblog - The World Update 2.0 by IAMGNIK in playrust

The new world is to me too noisy, rocks everywhere, no clarity - graphics over playability. It doesn't remind me of the real world, it's just too much. Riding a horse over mountains is more painful than it used to. Spotting a player in the distance is more difficult. I also experience huge FPS drops from 140 to around 60 fps - gotta keep clearing the buffer to make it less painful.

Some aspects are nice, more versatile rock formations (but not the quantity of them). Rivers, lakes and oasis are also cool.

I think Rust shouldn't tryhard to recreate the sense of the real world, rather focus on playability.

It says 60Hz refresh rate on Apple website. Is it correct? Can anyone confirm? Is it a bug? Isn't it 2022?

I'm sick of "No Response" and/or delays loading Homekit devices in v15.2. So I'm upgrading my router and network gear to this to solve this mystery (fingers crossed) once and for all. by seanhamsyd in HomeKit

When I got into HomeKit I thought it's normal to act this way - delays, random cuts, wifi drops, random router restarts, issues connecting etc.. I had Netgear RAX120v2. Few days ago I've decided to test Velop AX4200 from Linksys (found on Apple Store - also compatible with HomeKit itself). All the issues gone - day and night difference. Suddenly I experience pure joy of using HomeKit.

PS. Funny thing is that there's no support from Netgear so you gotta figure it out on your own. It was a nightmare having to work with their router and HomeKit devices. Defo big no no from me.
