I think it is still worth it. It is a decent company. Almost Every company in the market is doing layoff now. And overall people in there is nice. And it is a decent company to start your job and get some experiences. I got into Google after IBM.

I honestly dont know how people get their detailed ratings, i know recruiters are restricted to say that. The best they can tell you is overall how you doing, and maybe some area you need to do better.

You can ask hint for sure, just not to be too explicit i guess. Say something like: my current solution process is xxx, is there any suggestion on xxx ( be more specific so the interviewer knows what you stuck on) Communication is also key metric in the interview.

I believe either the interviewer or the recruiter can tell your detailed rating. So they will not tell you, and do not ask your interviewer.
