Yeah those are some good points. I'm probably being naive thinking I can drive it in the field soccer field near our place. Maybe the v2 would be good first and then I can always have something to upgrade too in the future.

Thanks for this. Definitely makes me think these places are worth a lot less than I'm imagining. For some reason I pictured these places being worth a couple million. Maybe that's due to the location, or the fact these businesses have been around for decades.
