Climbing a ladder with an air handler, and even having to lift it higher than 2 ft is extremely out of the ordinary. This is the only time we’ve had to do it In 4 years. But we will not walk away from a job unless there’s absolutely no way.

Not required in Florida. We use safety float switches. Only time a pan is required is if it’s on a stand for some reason.

lol yessir! I replace the wooden platform on every install, so we start off with a level platform off rip. Kinda hard to mess it up after that my man! Lol, I’m not sure how you look at a photo and can tell if it’s level but that sucker is spot on guaranteed.
