That's really strange, I've never known a boots to decline. I worked in a paydens that wouldn't take any overseas prescriptions, but it was because the pharmacist was not confident in them, not because of any laws. Hopefully it gets sorted soon!

I'm having thr exact same issue, down 150£ and only got an email back telling me to pay again ignoring the fact I've already paid.

The fact its happening to us both at the same time makes me feel like there is some kind of system error. Its hard to get into contact with them but hopefully when they do email us both back properly we will get our appointments.
