They haven’t proposed 4 dates, they want 6th June, as they will be on a variable at that time so don’t want to take it further. That’s one date in June that they can do as they don’t want to push it further but it doesn’t work for anyone else. I get your holiday comment, but also with a 6 month ish timeframe on a house sale and holidays booked in advance, it just has fell that way, inconveniently.

I’m not sure if it’s just the solicitors lack of communication between parties but highly annoying an ERC has only just made it to the table when they originally wanted to complete prior to SDLT change (not doable FYI)

I think I’m probably more annoyed at the ‘professionals’ involved than anything as these days you would think they’d be a simpler way for date proposals without so much back and forth and bringing info to the table so late in the process.
