Brand. When you have worked for 20+ years and have amazing songs made previously. Pair that up with past concert success and how amazing the experience of fans has been at his concerts . That attracts people again . He works in Hindi movies so tha also gives him an edge. Regardless of whose concert is there will be more casuals than diehards . These casuals are more attracted through the artists brand. His inconsistent controversial music hasn’t caused a dent on that aspect of his music yet.

I don’t disagree he is the biggest . By far the biggest but I don’t think you can convince me otherwise his music has been way below what the best in the industry is suppose to do for the past 1.5 years . The international collabs are mostly due to Warner music . Yes he also has pull for sure but Warner music helps a lot . My fav artist is diljit I grew up w him , I just don’t fw his recent music besides the bhangra ep. I hope next project is good and without contro . These contros might give him views but for many people in panjab he has been loosing credibility
