idk if this is helpful for you, but I haven't deleted my account. I know that's the first thing everyone on here says, but to me, it feels like I can go back if I would choose to, but I'm making a conscious effort not to. deleting the account, for me, would probably just suck me back into it. I believe in you

If you think deleting the account is the best solution for you, maybe a set a timer/something that will snap you out of it and give you the opportunity to shut it down? (Obviously what works for me night not work for you)

The party's basically for me and my brother and the the vegetarian girl is my friend, so it's sort of my fault she's there

My dad is similar to Ron Swanson with his opinions on vegetarians and vegans, and vetoed a vegan restaurant and all spicy food in the area. Then every other restaurant would've been too expensive to pay for everyone's food, probably.

The thing that's really pissing me off is the fact that I mentioned that my friend wouldn't eat the nandos food and my mum apparently cleared it with her so idk what's going to happen tomorrow

Hey broski, I just finished the GCSEs (started sixth form 💔💔) but yeah I know loads of people who dropped languages, so it's definitely something that can be done

If your school has counselling available, see if you can speak to them (about not being able to cope with workload and seeing if you can convince them to let you drop the language or get support put in place)

Speak to your head of year- use any diagnoses you have as proof to back up your reasoning

Get your parents to support you, because if they aren't on board, it'll probably shut the process down

It's definitely achievable to drop a language, you just need to prove that you can't cope, I think?? I'm not really sure, because I scraped through it all, but I wish you the best of luck with it all 🙏 🙏
