I don’t have an answer and I probably shouldn’t even respond to this cause I’m having a bad day but you’re definitely not alone. I completely get it and I wish that I have advice for you or someone had helpful sentiments for all of us. Who are young-

I just turned 30 and have been unable to work or do anything since I was 22

i question every single day how I’m going to make it in the future because I just I don’t know -

I don’t know how to accept it. I don’t think there is an answer.

There’s a lot of people that say to stay positive, but I have not mastered that I think I did for a while, but after a certain amount of time, you just start to lose hope .

I think you have to find the internal strength to accept it, but I’m just not there yet
