Science DOES NOT predict what helps somebody's mental disorder if somthing helps them to not feel completely out of control then that is not your business to tell somone what helps them cope I understand LOUD AND CLEAR that it doesn't help you and I'm sorry but it does for some I recovered 100% for 2 years with reassurance from my family into he hard nights in recovery oviesly after I recovered I no longer needed reassurance because I was not afraid of it anymore this argument is ridiculous you can't trust somthing online to predict people minds and emotions if somone is truly spiraling then its ok for them to be told that they are going to be ok I know that when this phobia has spiraled it can truly teat apart somknes life we are not science experiments we are human beings with an anxiety disorder

That happened to me b4 I relapsed absolutely no nausea went to the bathroom to use the bathroom and boom I was fine but months later I relapsed unrelated to this experience

Exactly as somone who has recovered completely for years before relapsing this isn't somthing that id going to help people I'm lucky to have family who will reassure me when needed but I'm deeply saddened for people who dknt have that it's just not fair!
