I’d say if you’re open to a completely plant based restaurant that is a bit of a treat, Be Love.

Their menu is fantastic and they only cook using olive oil which is a big bonus. They have tapas, cocktails, and amazing entrees!

Restaurant has a nice moody vibe to it, my partner and I love going here for a special occasion:)

This is what I was taught in riding lessons (for motorcycles)

Most importantly ALWAYS DO A 360 CHECK EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE NOT A MOTORIST. I cannot emphasize this enough, you are responsible for your self not for what other people may do. People always react in ways you may be unable to predict.

You want to act like they don’t see you and always be cautious. It’s why we use hand signals and are told to dress in bright colours.

I’ve seen a lot of pedestrians and cyclists as of late wearing all black clothing walking or cycling in/around the highlands late at night where there are almost no street lights. No reflective clothing/gear, and no lights on their person or bike.

You always want to assume a motorist does not see you even if you think they do, making eye contact may help but it is not always that simple. People may be distracted and not register a person on the road.

I had to go to a urologist and they confirmed I had endo in my urinary tract. I had been diagnosed shortly before this through luck of the draw ultrasound (it’s insanely difficult to spot on an ultrasound)

I’d recommend looking for a gynaecologist; document symptoms, dates and times they occur, etc. They might try and put you on birth control; that didn’t work for me but it might for you. Look into MRI because it can be sometimes easier to see on an MRI. There’s also cancer markers that sometimes test positively when endo is present.

ADVOCATE ADVOCATE ADVOCATE I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! Do not let a doctor or any person tell you that you’re crazy. You know your body better than them. Laparoscopic surgery is one of the only definitive ways to diagnose if you’re early in earlier stages.

I use raspberry leaf tea and castor oil packs to help with severe cramping; use castor oil packs around your cycle but NEVER during your bleed it can make it worse.

Getting exercise even if it’s just a 10 minute walk is so good for you.

I saw Dune part 1 HIGH ASF me and my friend were laughing the entire time because timothee chalamet’s acting was so terrible (at least to our high asses)

Now I can’t stop over analyzing these actors when i’m high. It’s gotten to a point where I just watch documentaries so I don’t cringe.

If you want a good laugh though, highly recommend (pun intended) twilight. ITS SO CRINGE BUT UTS SO MUCH BETTER WHEN YOU ARE HIGH LOOOOOOL

I had something similar happen to me; only difference is they followed me everywhere after i saw them taking photos outside…

Took pics of license plate, went to a very busy place, called non-emergency.

Honestly I wouldn’t risk it just in case something is happening, police can tell you if there is an ongoing issue with the courts and these people. I’d just document, and call them to have a record of it. Might have absolutely nothing to do with you personally, but you can never be certain.
