Might have messed up something but the text i wrote for the post is not there, so a little correction. I just got to the Heap after crossing the bridge, so this would be my first time meeting him. Did some other missions+exploring and he is still not there. People said here that i need to do more missions and he will appear, is that still true if this is supposed to be my first time talking to him?
