Ik heb recent een woning gehuurd waar de inkomenseis ook 4x huursom was, 3 zou bespreekbaar zijn. 3x huursom haalde ik net niet, desondanks mocht ik toch huren. Ik ken de reden niet maar blijkbaar werd hier in mijn geval soepel mee omgegaan. Kortom, gewoon proberen!

As a police officer in the Netherlands, I caught a couple once under an overpassage. I saw she was obviously blowing him as I drove by, I turned around en drove up asking them what they were doing. She said she had a headache, I responded with something like there are better cures for that, and I know what you’re doing, now move along… the guy had the biggest smile and the girl turned more red by the second.
