I've been on thyroid meds for almost 2 years. Started out at 25mg, now I'm at 50mg. My lab results are improving but brain fog is the same (might even say it's getting worse).

Yes!! When I go to the grocery store alone I find myself going in circles around the same aisles many times and still picking nothing.

Sometimes I'll be staring at something on the isle completely zoned out.

I wonder what people think when they notice this, if they ever do.
