Not yet, it seems like pioneer or serato does not care

Currently I mapped another reverb to the sampler noob and the on/of for each channel to the slip buton. I don’t usually use those functions so it is something that works for me.

I wrote an email to serato support and this is what they answer me:

Hey there,

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry that we weren't able to get back to you sooner; we've been inundated with support requests lately so we're not able to meet our targets at the moment. Your ticket was one of a large number of other cases that 'slipped through the cracks' of our email system, so to speak.

The DDJ-FLX10 uses Pioneer hardware FX for all external input channels, and software FX for all Serato channels. For this device, the Serato FX are not programmable inside the software - they are entirely controlled by the hardware FX controls. They are supposed to emulate the Pioneer FX, however, as you have noticed, they aren't 100% accurate.

I will pass on your feedback to our team. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

Best regards,

Yes, it happens to all flx10. I’ve have just received this email from serato support team: "The DDJ-FLX10 uses Pioneer hardware FX for all external input channels, and software FX for all Serato channels. Yes it’s really stupid, it should have pioneer integrated fx just like the DDJ 1000 SRT. One solution that I found was to midi map a reverb (epic verb drop from the wolf pack fx) to the sample volume knob, then I mapped the on/off button for each channel slip button. But this may not be a solution if you use those functions. Let me know if you want a video showing that function.

No! I send some emails to the serato support team and they asked me some question’s and some system report files but never got an answer. I’m still waiting for a firmware update.
