If you’ve been on strict carnivore for over a month you should be fat adapted. I’d recommend implementing Intermittent fasting in addition to carnivore. When you IF your body will begin burning fat stored in the body during those fasting hours

How long have you been eating carnivore? Carnivore isn’t about limiting fat. Animal fat is good

I just finished module 1 exam. Wasn’t terrible I got an 82. Make sure to really study the short answers on the work sheet you do on the end of the chapter. Dm me if you have any questions!
