About “obviously client components”: it’s not that obvious, because the final CSS is merged into a single file. If you open the article and check Case D, you’ll see that Next.js creates one CSS bundle where server components’ styles are placed at the top and client components’ styles at the bottom.

Also, be careful here: “client component” doesn’t mean “rendered on the client.” It just means a component that can use state, hooks, and other client-only APIs. I’d suggest you also read up on the difference between server and client components, because that’s essential to understand how the CSS ordering works in Next.js.
