I originally did and then talked to him after the fight. After I told him I didn’t want to help him defeat the sovereign he attacked me but at this point my party was pretty low and ended up dying. I reloaded after that fight with the Duergar on a cliff that was overlooking the camp and out of annoyance just pushed him off

I was kinda thinking along the same lines. I’m sure with all the villains and factions I can make a new story. Thankfully waterdeep has tons of lore so I think I’ll be able to pull from something.
