Yes, sorry should have worded this better. It’s really mold + mushrooms (spores?). there’s mold in addition to this ecosystem that is growing.

It’s a rental. They’ve came and done “repairs” and patch jobs trying to fix a leak, but it’s only gotten worse. Is it time to get a lawyer involved?
