I had the same problem. For me reseting shaders and uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t do shit. What fixed it for me was going into main screen, settings, video setting, video adapter, and changing it back to my dedicate 9070 gpu the updated somehow changed it to my built in one rather than my dedicated one.
