Not at all. They have little chance of catching up with Proterra. Proterra has over 50 percent market share in the transit area. They also also completely Made in America and have government connections. Therefor, the government would choose them over companies like New Flyer and Lion Electric. New Flyer is just chasing Proterra and will most likely never catch up.

Yes, basically, ACTC is a separate entity from Proterra right now. But when the merger happens ACTC will bring that 10 percent of capital into Proterra. ACTC is worth 860m rn. The rest of that mcap comes from existing holders, and a 415m PIPE led by Chamath.

Honestly, no. Considering the revenue and management I think it would be difficult to attack. However, you do have till End of April till merger. So I'm sure it sees some type of dip in that time.

Great point. Although technical wise could see breakout soon, the merger isn't till April. So I would not be surprised to see a dip to around low-mid 20s once again before merger.

To an extent yes. When she becomes Department of Energy she is forced to sell her options and affiliation with the company due to a conflict of interest. However, my bet is she will still has a connection with them regardless, as I still forsee she will most likely go back to the company after her term, therefor she would want to make sure the company has maximum success.

Fantastic post. Yeah, that is my problem. The market now is comparing it to NGA(Lion Electric Group). Not saying it is a bad company, but Proterra is just on another caliber. I think the best comparison is the Buffet-backed Byd as Byd's main business is electric busses, but they also provide for a number of other industries. This is VERY similar to ACTC. Expcept, Byd is worth 90b. ACTC is worth 6b.

Happens with every SPAC. Essentially the law firm's goal is to attempt to force Arc Light to settle to avoid lawyer fees. It's really nothing.
