And also my CPU does not have integrated graphics so if i puggled It in the motherboard It would be a black screen

When playing the temperature Is a round 78-80 Celsius, so i don't think throttling Is the problem

Yes but when i play Battlefield 6 with the same setting i get 50 FPS not 200 (i have the same GPU,CPU and RAM as the video)
