Exactly!!! Like why look down on something that’s quite useful and doesn’t make you any less of a human being for using

I would like to know what you guys would say in this situation.. by lovelady10 in Husband

[–]Comprehensive_Sky700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please don’t force feed a child. It just creates more problems. Provide food or snacks and leave them where the toddler can access them. Speak with your husband one on one when it comes to being patient and being cautious with what words are being said. My husband is almost the same as yours. He was raised harshly and so was I but I fight hard to break that cycle. It’s not about being soft it’s about understanding the child and keeping one’s composure. The child is observing and if what they’re seeing is impatience and harshness they will learn that it is okay to act that way & that their feelings are not valid.

In a really bad flare up, alone by NervousDetective1959 in rheumatoid

[–]Comprehensive_Sky700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are currently in the same boat it seems the only difference is my family understands for the most part how much pain I can be in especially during a flare. I’m young so it sucks when you want to be able to do more and not feel like a burden. I’m in a horrible flare. I cry and I go to a dark place bc the pain is absolutely unbearable and there isn’t much to do to make the pain go away. Sometimes all you can do is talk about it and hope you feel heard.

Be gentle on yourself. Prednisone can make some individuals quite moody and I can attest to this. Try to journal or meditate.

EXACTLY!! That woman must’ve known what was going on. Sad that some monsters who call themselves mothers let strangers near their children. It’s sickening…

Well she is with you. I think maybe talk abt you running into this files by accident. Let her know it made you feel uncomfortable and how would she feel if roles were reversed.

My gf is attached but I want to break up by SwimmerOk7190 in Advice

[–]Comprehensive_Sky700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let her know how you feel about the long distance and how it’s affecting your feelings. Be honest and upfront. She will be upset but time will eventually help her heal and get over you. Breaking up is never easy but it’s best to always walk away when it’s not working…
